DESCRIPTION AND FUNCTIONALITY

MorCoNI was created to eliminate the problem of sidetone latency in remote CW operations. The Deluxe unit is the top of the range, delivered fully assembled, programmed with the latest firmware, and laboratory tested.

-- HARDWARE: Equipped with a potentiometer for higher speed, status LEDs, and 4 integrated memory buttons for pre-recorded messages.

-- BOOT MESSAGE: Upon startup, the unit sends a CW message (CFXXX/Y/Z or CGXXX/Y/Z format) indicating the firmware version, configuration, and mode (Remote/Local).

-- CONNECTIONS:
• KEY Jack (3.5mm TRS): For straight key, bug, or paddle.
• SPK Jack (3.5mm TRS): Sidetone output for amplified speakers or PC audio input.
• CW/PTT Jack: Solid-state relay for local radio control (Deluxe version only).

-- NETWORK AND CONFIGURATION: The MicroSD card on the back contains the configuration file (DHCP or static IP). For internet use, NAT port forwarding is required: 4992 (Flex) or 57373 (AllRigs Server).

IMPORTANT: Do not insert or remove the MicroSD while the device is powered on. Teensy microcontrollers are extremely sensitive to electrostatic charges.
