TETRA 15 10-15-20-40 DUALFEED is a super compact multiband yagi antenna.
On 40 meters, it features a Reflector/Driver configuration, with the element size compacted by loads placed at the ends of the elements. This solution, originally adopted by W6NL, allows maintaining full-size performance while limiting dimensions.
On 20 meters, it uses a reflector, driver, and director configuration, while on 15 and 10 meters, there are 4 active elements in a reflector, driver, and two directors configuration.
The antenna requires 2 coaxial cables: the first powers the 40-meter band, and the second powers the 10/15/20-meter bands.
The dual feed allows contest stations to use this antenna as a multi/single band: while one RTX transmits on 10/15/20 meters, a second RTX can simultaneously operate on 40 meters.
Suitable for crank-up towers with a 70cm side.
Requires a medium/heavy-duty rotator.
