JP-7 Portable Multiband HF/VHF Antenna for Activations from 2 to 40 Meters
JPC-7 is a mini portable antenna designed for field communications. It is quick and easy to assemble.
It can be completed in 5 minutes by one person.
The maximum transmit power handled by the JPC-7 antenna is 100W SSB
Features:
* Bands 2, 6, 10, 12, 15, 17, 20, 30, 40 meters
* The antenna is a portable shortened rigid dipole for bands from 40m to 6m, capable of handling a maximum power of 100W. When assembled, the dipole has a wingspan of 6.56m, while disassembled it has a transport length of only 35cm and a reduced weight of 1.8kg.
*Power is supplied via the included 1:1 balun with PL connection. The dipole arms are fixed to the base of the antenna and are adjustable in inclination. Different designs can thus be realized, for example horizontal or V-shaped. The two coils with side taps allow easy and quick band selection, supported by markings for the 20m and 40m bands.
* Easy to set up. All you need is a support pole and everything else is ready for you.
* The coils and base are made by die-casting and are handmade. It is made of nylon which has very high strength.
Don't worry about damage.
* The aluminum parts in the connector base have been replaced with copper parts, which are stronger and more durable.
* A special black carrying bag, included, perfectly protects the antenna, making it convenient to transport.
Reference data:
- 40 meter wave band: 7.050, counting from the aluminum tube side, which is the 5th and 4th circle (silver mark position), the rods
antennas on both sides are all extended, the standing wave of 7.050 is 1.2-1.5.
- 20 meter wave band: 14.270-The 7th and 9th turns (gold marked position) are counted from the whip antenna side. After all
10 sections of the whip antenna are extended, shorten the whip on one side by about 10 cm. Please note that what is shortened is the
mount the antenna on one side and the other side does not need to be adjusted.
- 15 meter band: 21 megabytes are two turns on each side of the whip antenna, with the rod fully extended.
- 10 meter wave band: extend all ten sections of the whip antenna, then retract one of the whip antennas by about 7 cm. The
standing wave of 29.600 is 1.2. Note: no induction coil is required.
