An advanced engineering approach to tuner development has led to the creation of top-quality hardware and software solutions capable of managing two transceivers simultaneously. This tuner has been specifically designed for SO2R (Single Operator 2 Radios) mode and for those who accept no compromises, ensuring consistent performance, extreme isolation between ports, and impeccable tuning even in the most extreme contest conditions or challenging DX.
Our software developers have expanded the tuner with new functions and completed its integration with Antenna Genius, forming a single automated two-way system. Easy to use and fully functional without compromise, the integration of TGXL SO2R into the Genius platform extends both simultaneous operational functions and cross-protection systems for the station.

The SO2R version is structured with real advanced dual-line management: it features 2 completely independent RF inputs and 2 dedicated RF outputs, where each individual input is strictly and electronically matched to its respective output to allow simultaneous operation of two radios without interference.

Once configured, the TGXL will store individual settings for each frequency change independently on each of the two radio channels. If the antenna connected to one of the two lines is in a segment with a good SWR, the hardware will disengage the tuning relays for that specific line, going into bypass, reducing insertion loss to zero.

The unit constantly and in real-time monitors both transmission lines with an extremely precise power and SWR meter, allowing you to control RF status with millimeter accuracy even when one or both sections are in bypass mode.

The two-way RF block has been carefully designed and is built only with the highest quality RF capacitors to withstand the enormous currents and voltages generated by high SWR simultaneously. The tuner's C block uses capacitors that individually withstand RF currents of 10-15 A and voltages from 1500 to 3500 V.

Careful calculation of all frequencies and impedances has allowed us to choose the best components to make the tuner the most efficient on the market. In an SO2R environment, protection mechanisms intervene in extreme cases on each channel, reducing maximum operating conditions and protecting RF components and radio front-ends from potential feedback or damage.
