The Structural Difference:
The ALA100LN amplifier is electrically identical to the FLG100LN, but lacks the TDK toroid (coupling/termination transformer) at the input.
This physical omission is what makes it specific for use with inductive loops, while the FLG100LN (with toroid) is specific for resistively terminated antennas (FLAG/KAZ).
