Shipping your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via BRT with tracking.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and thus shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

We kindly remind customers to ALWAYS sign with "Specific control reservation" upon delivery, even if the package is intact.

In case of damage, we will not be able to open a compensation claim with the courier without the specific control reservation.

For cash-on-delivery orders, in case of failed delivery, the various storage and shipping costs will be charged.
