RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Right of withdrawal
Information on returns applying the right of withdrawal provided for by Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 N. 185, implementing Directive 97/7/EC issued by the European Union regarding the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts. This right consists of the faculty to return the purchased good to the seller and the consequent refund of the purchase price. The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons (consumers) who act for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their commercial activity. Therefore, purchases made by resellers and companies are excluded from the right of withdrawal. The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal by sending, within fourteen working days, a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the address: HAMRADIOSHOP SRL - Via Colle di Sora II, 15 - 03030 Campoli Appennino (FR) ITALY. The refund excludes shipping costs (both for sending and returning the goods). An essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the return of the purchased products in good condition. All returned products must be carefully packaged to safeguard the original packaging from any damage, writing or affixing of labels. The shipment - until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse - is under the complete responsibility of the customer. HAMRADIOSHOP is in no way responsible for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments. The refund takes approximately 30 days. To obtain the refund, the original HAMRADIOSHOP SRL receipt or tax invoice must be returned with the goods. After receiving the goods and verifying their condition, HAMRADIOSHOP SRL will refund the due amount using the payment method chosen by the customer. Shipping costs will not be refunded in any case. The right of withdrawal is totally forfeited - due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its content) - in cases where HAMRADIOSHOP ascertains: - Even partial use of the goods and any consumables; - The absence of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging; - The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, etc....); - Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport. In the cases indicated above, HAMRADIOSHOP SRL will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the sender the shipping costs. Customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
