The **Icom UT-102** unit is the original optional module that adds voice synthesis to your device. Once installed, by pressing the "Speech" button on the radio, the unit will clearly announce the operating frequency, mode (USB, LSB, CW, etc.), and, for supported models, the signal level (S-meter).
In addition to being a fantastic aid for "hands-free" operation (essential for the IC-706 series in vehicular use), the UT-102 is an indispensable support for blind or visually impaired radio amateurs, ensuring complete autonomy in managing their station.
