4 StQ 5
Eznec simulation table, gain and F/B in free space and real space at one wavelength from the ground.
Technical specifications: Loop power supply
STANDARD EQUIPMENT:
The 4 StQ 5 is equipped with the "Horizontal guy wire kit" (PHOTO) to compensate for the boom's length. This equipment counteracts the horizontal wind forces that hit the boom laterally. The kit consists of a plate on the boom to which an aluminum tube is attached, designed to tension the Kevlar rope guy wires. All bolts and clamps for the rope are, of course, made of stainless steel.

but with a single boom!
after installation, it is possible to add the "Element Guy Wire Kit"
to the boom extensions
during strong winds or snowfalls that weigh down the
loops' braid. The result is a structure that maintains a correct level of
flexibility to dampen the wind's thrust on the antenna, but never reaches
