The heart of this Third Generation is the final stage based on a new LDMOS with a ceramic package. Compared to classic plastic-based transistors, this technology offers drastically improved thermal dissipation, greater tolerance to SWR mismatches, and superior efficiency, resulting in very clean signals even in continuous modes.

Equipped with an integrated ATU capable of managing and tuning up to a 3:1 mismatch on all HF bands and 6 meters. Tuning is fully automatic: the amplifier "senses" the radio's operating frequency and switches relays instantly (less than 10 ms in pre-stored memory banks).
