Alpha Delta single-wire multiband dipole antennas consist of the Delta Delta DELTA-C center insulator, end insulators, and an ISO-RES coil connected to the 80/40 meter wires. The wires are connected to the center insulator.
These antennas are shipped fully assembled and ready for installation. They use stainless steel hardware and 12-gauge solid copper wire. Their overall length is 82 feet for the DX-DD and 100 feet for the DX-LB Plus.
Thanks to their Hi-Q construction, the bandwidth on 80 meters is between 65 and 70 kHz. A wide-range antenna tuner is required for greater frequency coverage on 80 meters.
These are of great value in multi-band dipoles for lower frequencies.
