Heil Sound PR781
Top Class Dynamic Microphone
From the Heil Sound, Ltd., amateur radio division, we introduce the PR 781, a professional quality dynamic cardioid amateur radio microphone specifically designed for use with most top-of-the-line transceivers from Kenwood, Yaesu, Ten Tec, and iCOM.
This is a truly remarkable dynamic microphone. Icom requested Heil engineers to develop a truly special microphone for their new iC 7800 radio. They didn't just want a microphone; they wanted a SUPER microphone for a super radio. The Heil PR 780 was born. The PR 781 is an improvement on the popular PR 780. The PR 781 couples beautifully into almost any microphone input, such as Kenwood TS 870, 950, 890, and 990. Also Icom Pro 1, 2, 3, Yaesu Mark 5 series, MP, 2000, 5000, and 9000.
Using one of Heil's broadcast division dynamic elements, the PR 781 offers a beautiful wide frequency response while maintaining the traditional Heil Sound articulation of the vocal pattern, which ALL microphones seem to overlook and which has been the cornerstone of Heil Sound's "line up."
Available shock mounts are PRSM and SM-2 shock mount supports.
