The waterproofing of the element joints is guaranteed by ring gaskets. The external protection prevents the oxidation of the internal radiating elements. The wind speed these antennas can withstand complies with professional specifications: 40m/sec for X-7000/X-510/X-400/H-700H, 50 m/sec for X-300/X-200/V-2000/X-6000, and 60 m/sec for X-5000/X-50/X-30.
Antennas short-circuited to ground for direct current are marked with the D.C. symbol. The radiating element, located inside the antenna, is directly grounded to protect equipment from overcurrents and electrostatic discharges during thunderstorms.
All antennas have an impedance of 50 ohms, with a VSWR better than 1.5, and can be fixed to a pole with a diameter between 30 and 62 mm.
