The bhi DESKTOP MKII 10-watt amplified DSP noise cancelling base speaker removes noise and interference to leave clear speech. It works on all types of radios, transceivers, receivers and SDR radios, giving you a new listening experience. The intuitive rotary controls make it very easy to use and set up to your operating preferences.
Excellent audio quality
The DESKTOP MKII speaker comprises a 4" bass driver and a 1" tweeter unit with a bhi amplified DSP noise cancelling unit that is capable of producing up to 10 Watts of audio (peak).
Easy to use controls
The DESKTOP MKII speaker is easy to use with rotary controls for on/off volume and filter level on the side of the speaker.
Connections
The DESKTOP MKII speaker has two 4mm screw terminals on the rear for mono speaker level signals (4 or 8 ohms) and a 3.5mm "Line Level" stereo input socket suitable for use with SDR radios, Elecraft and FlexRadio products. There is also a 3.5mm headphone socket on the side of the speaker for mono or stereo headphones. 12V DC power is via the 2.1mm power socket (+ve center).
Filter level control
Noise cancellation is switched on and off by pressing the filter level control. By rotating this control you can change the filter level in real time to suit the current listening conditions.

The DESKTOP MKII speaker is supplied with a 2.1mm fused DC power lead with bare ends, a 1.2-meter quality audio cable with a molded 3.5mm jack plug and 4mm banana plugs, and a comprehensive user manual. A 12V DC PSU12-2A-WW world-wide mains power supply is available as an optional extra.
Using the DESKTOP MKII speaker
Simply connect the power lead and audio lead to the DESKTOP MKII speaker and your radio, switch on the power supply and you are ready to go, adjusting the volume and filter level controls on the side of the speaker to suit your needs .
